Hello from a passionate deep sea diver, an organic farmer, a pickle maker, a champion of women’s healthcare, a media maven, and the Founder of Vanashakti, an NGO fighting for conservation and environmental education. This is me, Meenakshi Menon at 65, raring to go, feeling as energised as ever.
My mission is to change our society’s narrative about our seniors. I have set out to build a parallel mainstream for GenS, the 60+ generation. I want to help them live rich, fulfilling lives filled with purpose and passion, so that they can help their tribe grow together. I want society to understand and recognise the value of wisdom and experience and bring much needed focus and attention to a neglected generation. In sharing this wealth and wisdom we grow.
