A user is also required to furnish their Aadhaar Card / Pan Card / Driver’s License / Voter ID / Passport to authenticate your identity and age. That GenSxty stores and process your Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that are protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules thereunder. When you visit and browse through our mobile app/website, we may collect personal data through online identifiers and other technical data like IP address, transaction logs, and device details. These are features that are standard across all apps/websites.

 

A user account can also be created by an individual on behalf of a senior citizen. In order to do so the user would need to provide their full name, email address, residential address, pin code and mobile number as well as details (full name, email address, residential address, and mobile number) of the member to whom the services are being gifted.
